The one bedroom cottages are ideal for singles or couples. They are about 400 square feet , not including the porches. Each one bedroom cottage has a  bedroom  with  either a double or queen bed, a bathroom with shower/tub combo, a full kitchen with refrigerator, gas oven/stove, pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and silverware. The living/ dining area has basic cable TV and window air conditioner. Each cottage also has a screened in porch and some have and additional open porch.

  • • The creek is perfect if you have a canoe, kayak or small boat.
  • • Southold Town Public Beach with a lifeguard is just a two block walk away.
  • • Each cottage has cable TV, AC and a screened in porch.
  • • All cottages have a combination living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
  • • Basic kitchenware provided: flatware, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster.
  • • Completely furnished with either twins, full-size or bunk beds, towels and linens provided.
  • • Wireless Internet and BBQ grills are available on the property.
  • • Fishing, golfing, vineyards, ferries to CT are all close by.
  • • Pets accepted.
